THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate (RE) & Facility Management (FM) Expert to join our team at our site in Koropi, Greece. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting and coordinating the overall execution of the RE&FM function. Your main responsibilities will include facilitating and controlling the necessary activities to ensure smooth operations in Real Estate & Facility Management, while actively supporting the department's targets and goals. Your commitment to upholding global standards and local regulations will be key to success in this position.

This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Real Estate & Facility Management Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the management and operation of buildings, streets, carparks, and outdoor spaces, considering safety, economy, ecology, quality (including GxP), and sustainability
  • Coordinate external FM Service providers for day-to-day services, ensuring compliance with GMP and authorities' regulations, and provide support during regular audits (GMP, GxP, or other types)
  • Participate in building, technical installation, and facility projects, monitors progress, and prepares reports for the RE&FM manager and other stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to facility project conceptual planning for informed fiscal decision-making
  • Coordinate and regulate building operations and facility projects with relevant business units and decision makers
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, internal services, and customer satisfaction while coordinating efficient scheduling for optimal operational support
  • Ensures the customer centricity of the services and the solutions provided

What You Should Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Food Technology, Facility Management, Project Management, or related fields. Preferred additional knowledge in Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience working in FM or Technical department
  • Working experience with SAP and/or management electronic software
  • Fluent in both Greek and English languages
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and Pest control activities.
  • Strong analytical, communication and networking skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize, apply critical thinking, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
