Head Chef

High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection Luxury Resorts & Villas, is comprised of the three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. Lesante Collection offers:

University Degree or Professional Diploma in a Culinary Arts
2-4 years minimum experience in a similar position, at a 5* Luxury Hotel
Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
Pleasant personality with strong communicational and leadership skills
Work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Supervises all the section of Ostria All Day Restaurant & Bar Ostria Bar Restaurant | Top Restaurants in Zakynthos, Lesante Blu
Ensure that all the health and safety regulations are kept, as well as the hygiene and sanitation
Training and motivate the employees, evaluate their performance
Organize and lead all the kitchen operations, activities and schedule
Monitor quality and food cost, and oversee food preparations
Oversee storage, check the quality of the products
