Finance Business Partner

As our Finance Business Partner, you will support the dedicated therapeutic areas at the Greece LOC from a financial point of view. You will assist the Operational Director in the decision-making process, lead the budget process and determine the return on investment of operational projects.

Other responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance to the Operations Director and his team, proactively identifying opportunities and challenges to achieve business objectives and reduce risks
• Have excellent business knowledge, understand market dynamics as well as competition and GSK organisation
• Proactively identify business opportunities, assess and propose options to management, including strategic analysis with internal and external information / benchmarks
• Lead and/or provide support to operational business transformation initiatives
• Propose and conduct analyses and evaluations of cost or sales price optimization (with volume effect), return on investment of operational projects, and optimization of resource allocations
• Proactively propose innovative actions to optimize profitability, in particular cost control, use internal & external benchmarks to understand "best in class" cost control processes
• Support and participate in Business development projects analysis and evaluations, due diligence, contracts with third parties, partnerships
• Identify risks and maintain robust financial governance
  
  
  

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in business, finance or other related field
• At least 5 to 7 years experience in finance and 3 years in an identical position if possible, in an international environment
• Fluency in both Greek and English languages
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with key stakeholders with ability to influence, enroll and challenge stakeholders at various levels
