Role’s description:
Administration Officer duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email. May direct and lead the work of others.
Specific Accountabilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: |
· Εvents organization & coordination, both internally and externally |
· Managing all office supplies |
· Managing traveling requests and ensuring traveling policy is followed |
· Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence |
· Welcoming Visitors |
· Diary management and management of meetings |
· Administration duties |
· Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies) |
· Responsible for the Courier & Postal Services |
· Assisting the Sales Team as needed · Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis · Responsible for internal and external relations gifts, invitations etc. · Filling & Reporting of Insurance related issues

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree; or a combination of education and experience that yield the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities
- Progressively responsible experience and working knowledge in human resources.
- Excellent computer skills ideally including ERP software knowledge.
· Ability to work independently on matters involving discretion, select among alternate courses of action, make recommendations to changes in approach, concepts and on the design of solutions as a member of a team |
· Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment |
· Fluent in English
