In Store Excellence Specialist

Pharma PLUS, part of Lavipharm Group of Companies is seeking an In Store Excellence Specialist who will be responsible to design and deliver a unique shopping experience within pharmacy channel. The role reports to Commercial Manager and has the ownership of developing innovative In Store communications tools and services to maximize consumer experience, performance, loyalty and profitability.

• Responsible for trade marketing campaigns including loyalty programs, branding & POP materials

• Coordinates the merchandising team

• Designs and delivers in store visibility solutions to accelerate marketing plan performance and profit maximization

• Prepares display planograms to maximize sell out

• Develops ideas, plans and strategies that are consistent with the brand image and business objectives

• Develops tracking tools to evaluate performance of in-store marketing campaigns

• Defines and implements brand identity development programs, driving revenue gains and brand awareness

• Analyzes market trends and identifies insights to drive growth

• Identifies business opportunities to increase sales and brands presentation in each point of sale

• Evaluates sales performance per product, per category, per point of sale.

• Builds strategic relationships and partners with pharmacies, agencies, and vendors

• Ensures message alignment, quality, creativity, and brand strategy consistency

• Builds strong, long-term client relationships

• Develops and maintains collaborative and effective working relationships with all other company units

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in business, marketing or related field of study

• MBA or a master’s degree in Marketing, Instore or Interior Design

• At least 2-4 years in relevant position

• Excellent Knowledge of the English language

• Advanced user of MS Office

• Graphic or Store design Skills

Required Know-how

• Trade Marketing experience within healthcare multinational environment

• FMCG experience will be considered as an asset
