We are seeking for:
The ideal candidate is required to adapt the concept, to maximize and exceed guest’s satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient and responsive service with attention to details, by anticipating guest’s needs and according to hotel's quality standards

- Learn the concept, present the concept to the clients efficiently
- Check-in check out procedure, room charges. Check the room account.
- Cross selling – upselling
- Client orientation approach
- Quick response to the complaints, maintenance issues, pass the information properly to the appropriate departments. Taking and giving feedback to the clients.
- Creates transfer program for the guests
- Proposes to the guests things to do from the concierge list and books the services the guest asks.
- Sends mail to the clients before arrival and after departure
- Prompts guest for excellent internet reviews
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests and check what we expect the following day
- Making the rooming of the guests, organizes the on time delivery of the welcome presents in the room prior the guest’s arrival in the rooms.
- Prepares the welcome and departure letters for the guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service according to hotel's standards
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned sunbeds are prepared prior to check-in
- Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
- Excellent knowledge of the resort and the facilities as well as of daily events, activities and food & beverage functions in order to provide accurate information to guests
- Liaise closely with Housekeeping, Spa and F&B regarding special requests
- Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress by Record information in the logbook daily
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- Supports boutique store, undertakes selling duties when needed.
- Presentable and well dressed strictly wears hotel’s uniform only, well ironed and cleaned daily. The maintenance and the cleanliness of the uniform is staff’s responsibility.
Required Skills
- Degree in Hospitality Management / Tourism Management would be a plus
- Excellent command of Greek and English language, German is highly desired, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet applications and the use of social networks.
- Knowledge of Protel PMS will be much appreciated.
- Similar working experience in hospitality industry, especially in 5-star hotels
- Ability to give clear, concise instructions
- Proactive work style
- Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations
- Effective management, leadership, organizational & cooperation skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation & reporting skills
- Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines & achieve quality and financial goals
- Customer-oriented approach and exceptional communication skills
