UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and determined UI/UX Designer to join our team!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms
• Recommend UI/UX strategies that align with Revotech's overall business goals
• Translate conceptual ideas into visually engaging designs using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design software
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, and InVision
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs
• Collaborate with senior managers, developers, and other teams to ensure alignment between design and business objectives
• Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across products
• Be part of the design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring that all designs meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure designs are innovative, fresh and on-brand
• Other tasks as assigned

What you will need:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in creative design and UI/UX
• A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to remain open minded and adopt to the needs of the business above design principles
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability testing
• Ability to translate business needs into user-friendly designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions and/or familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be considered a plus
