About the hotel:

Located just a 10-minute walk fromMykonos Town, the brand-new Mykonos Earth Suites, is operating since 2021. Itis a modern adults-only property, characterized by minimalist elements,strongly influenced by the rustic style and harmonized with the blue and whiteenvironment of the island. The hotel consists of 15 state-of-the-art suiteswith private open-air pools, and an all-day, a-la-carte restaurant & bar, bythe central pool, where guests can enjoy authentic Mediterranean cuisine,overlooking the vast Aegean Sea. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing room reservations accurately and efficiently through various channels such as phone, email and online booking systems.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, providing information and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Monitoring room availability, updating inventory, and optimizing room allocation to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinating reservation changes, amendments and cancellations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum2 years’ experience in a relevant position within the Hospitality Industry.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language
• Excellentuse of MS Office, relevant hotel PMS (preferably Pylon), WebHotelier, Primalresand OTA platforms
• Excellentknowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Handson professional with “can do” attitude and team spirit.
