O&M Site Engineer (Thessaly)

We are currently looking for a O&M Site Engineer to join our Construction team in Thessaly project.  

Your role will encompass:

• · Oversee the day-to-day operation of renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance
• · Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of equipment to identify issues promptly
• · Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• · Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in energy systems
• · Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when necessary
• · Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) of the site’s energy production
• · Analyze operational data and propose improvements to enhance efficiency
• · Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• · Implement and maintain site-specific safety protocols
• · Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and operational changes
• · Prepare and submit reports on equipment status, performance, and maintenance activities

What you bring to the role: 

• · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent)
• · Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, preferably in renewable energy systems (e.g., PV, wind, or energy storage)
• · Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• · Strong knowledge of electrical systems and renewable energy technologies
• · Familiarity with monitoring and SCADA systems is an advantage
• · Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• · Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• · Excellent communication and organizational skills
• · Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• · Availability to work on-site in Amyntaio
• · A valid driver’s license
