Job Role: As a fitness instructor will beresponsible for designing, leading, and conducting fitness classes and programsfor hotel guests. Your role will involve creating engaging and effectiveworkouts tailored to various fitness levels, ensuring a safe and motivatingenvironment for guests to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Fitness Programs: Develop diverse fitness programs suitable for guests of varyingfitness levels, preferences, and goals. This includes conducting group fitnessclasses, individual training sessions, and possibly outdoor activities.
• Lead Fitness Classes: Instruct and lead fitness classes such as yoga, aerobics, Pilates, strengthtraining, and other group exercises. Motivate and guide participants, ensuringtheir safety and proper technique during workouts.
• Provide Personal Training: Offerpersonalized fitness assessments and one-on-one training sessions for guestsseeking individualized workout plans, focusing on their specific needs andgoals.
• Maintain Equipment and Facilities:Ensure all fitness equipment is in proper working condition, clean, and safefor use. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
• Offer Health and Wellness Advice: Provide advice on nutrition, lifestyle, and general health to guests, promotinga holistic approach to fitness.
• Create a Welcoming Environment: Foster a friendly, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere within the fitnessfacility, ensuring all guests feel comfortable and motivated to participate.
• Stay Informed and Educated: Keepup-to-date with the latest fitness trends, industry developments, andcertifications. Continuously expand personal knowledge to provide guests withthe best and most current fitness guidance.

Qualifications:

• Certification:Possession of a nationally recognized fitness instructor certification.
• Experience:Proven experience in conducting fitness classes and working with diverse groupsof individuals. Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting isadvantageous.
• CommunicationSkills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engageand motivate guests.
• Guest Service:Strong guest service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guestexperiences.
• CPRand First Aid certification is preferred.
• Excellentknowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be consideredaccordingly.
