Main duties and responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing needs, for ontime sourcing of materials for production volume
• Keep up to the date the maintenance system of purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, invoices and other important documentation
• Identify potential new vendors and establish international network, to cover the company's needs on time
• Collaborates with company’s departments
• Performs the necessary follow ups to ensure the successful order completion

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering related studies
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient user of Excel
• Broad knowledge of Sourcing/ Procurement activities
• Knowledge of ERP – 365 F&O will be considered as an asset
• Fluency in English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
