Job Description

As a Remote Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Outstanding Customer Service: Delivering excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.
  • Personalized Travel Assistance: Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, while offering tailored recommendations to suit their preferences and needs.
  • Sales and Upselling: Promoting and selling travel packages, tours, and additional services that align with clients' interests, helping them create unforgettable travel experiences.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively addressing and resolving any travel-related issues or concerns that clients may encounter before, during, or after their trips, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
  • Accurate Documentation: Ensuring all travel documents are accurate, complete, and delivered to clients promptly.
  • Market Research: Staying abreast of the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide informed and current recommendations to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with fellow team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive team dynamic.


Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian with at least a B2 level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability and Multitasking: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers, the internet, and various travel booking software and tools.
