Your main responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the head chef.
• Oversee and assist Commis Chefs and other junior kitchen employees.
• Manage the inventory for your station, including ordering ingredients and controlling costs.
• Adhere to and implement sanitation and safety regulations.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

What will you bring?​

• Culinary arts degree or certificate from a vocational school.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• The ability to work well in a team and a passion for cooking are essential.
