Outlet Supervisor (Restaurant or Bar)

Our recruiting season for 2025 has started and we are looking to recruit associates for our Resort Restaurants & Bars! We are looking for a talented Outlet Supervisor to assist with managing our restaurant(s) and bar(s), ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience!

Position: Outlet Supervisor (Restaurant Supervisor or Bar Supervisor)
Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract starting around April 2025
Location: Corfu, Greece

Key Responsibilities
•Supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service during peak hours
•Assist in training and managing the team of bartenders, servers, and service support staff
•Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or special requests promptly
•Ensure the outlet maintains the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and organization
•Collaborate with the Manager and team to improve operational procedures and guest experience
•Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering
•Help ensure compliance with health and safety standards
•Support the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership

•Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality setting
•Team building and management skills with a focus on training and development
•A passion for exceptional service and delivering world-class experiences to guests
•Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
•Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
•A professional, friendly attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
