We are searching for a young, ambitious and eager to learn team member to join our Services team, as Services Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Services Operations Team (Planner, Order manager, Operation Manager, Services Representative)
• Install based tracking of all tools of SE and register info in the Salesforce bFS
• Convert the planning tool of the team to more digital and use it to predict abnormalities for customer visits
• Create a bridge between Operations Planner and Senior Services Representatives and track upcoming customer visits
• Learn the tools of order manager and operations planner
• Be part of the communication and execution team of Safe Contractor subcontractor.
• Collaborate with the Project team during the handover procedure
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate student / trainee in the final year of bachelor’s studies of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient level of English
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to work and collaborate with multiple departments
