ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of a leading FMCG multinational company, is looking for a driven professional for the position of the Warehouse Supervisor, based in Athens, Aspropyrgos.

Warehouse Supervisor (5770/WS/ESS/GR)

Profile:

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including the loading of finished goods, stock counts, and ensuring adherence to warehouse standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:
•Managing daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.
•Organizing and planning inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including order preparation, checking, loading/unloading, storing finished products and returns, stock inventory counts, and tracking/posting LOT numbers.
•Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) standards, quality, and environmental requirements.
•Securing adequate warehouse space and resources to maintain operational efficiency.
•Coaching and developing team members as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

•A University Degree in Logistics or Engineering (an MSc will be considered an asset).
•2-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisor/team leader role.
•Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•SAP knowledge will be considered an asset.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills.
•A structured personality with quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities.
