As a Pastry Trainee, you will...

• Assist in the creation and preparation of dessertsaccording to the hotel’s high standards.
• Learn pastry techniques such as kneading, decorating,and shaping under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards inthe workplace
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, includingcleaning, measuring and restocking supplies.
• Stay updated on pastry trends and participate in thedevelopment of new recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Respond to special guest requests, such as dietaryrestrictions and allergies, with care and professionalism.

Entry Requirements:

• Currently studying in the field of pastry or a relatedarea
• Passion for pastry and the hospitality industry
• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques
• Good command of Greek and English languages
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Commitment to hygiene and safety in the workplace
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
