We are looking for a Front Office Agent whowishes to complete the internship and wants to move his/her career forward. As a Front Office Trainee, you will...

• Welcome guests warmly andprofessionally upon their arrival
• Promote our services and thefacilities of our affiliated properties
• Assist in addressing guests'needs, inquiries, and requests
• Develop skills in verifyingfigures, entries, and documents for accuracy
• Support the process ofrecording, storing, accessing, and analyzing information using computerizedsystems
• Participate in the executionof check-in and check-out procedures in compliance with Andronis’ arrival anddeparture standards

Entry Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as astudent in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
• Proficiency in the Englishlanguage, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages isconsidered an asset
• Strong teamwork andcommunication skills, with a passion for engaging with guests and colleaguesfrom diverse backgrounds
• Excellent organizationalskills and a proactive approach to upselling
• Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel)
