Waiter/Waitress Trainee

As a Waiter/Waitress Trainee, you will...

• Contribute to the seamlessoperation of shifts by delivering customer-focused service.
• Participate in on-the-jobtraining in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
• Learn and exhibit servicequalities aligned with the company’s standards.
• Develop knowledge andunderstanding of company policies and procedures related to Health &Safety.
• Respond promptly andeffectively to guests’ requests and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.

Entry Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as astudent in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Strong command of Greek andEnglish, both spoken and written.
• Team-oriented with excellentcommunication skills, capable of interacting with guests from diverse culturalbackgrounds, colleagues, and managers.
• Interest in learning upsellingtechniques while addressing guests’ needs.
• Willingness to gain knowledgeabout various cultures, dietary preferences, and restrictions.
