We’re on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to own the hiring process from start to finish! You’ll be the go-to person for everything recruitment—scheduling and conducting interviews, running pre-employment assessments, and ensuring we find the perfect match every time. But that’s not all! You’ll also collaborate with hiring managers to craft the perfect job profiles, brainstorm innovative sourcing strategies, and create a candidate experience that leaves applicants excited to join our team.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, You Will…

  • Own the recruitment journey from start to finish
  • Team up with hiring managers to decode their dream hire and turn their needs into reality
  • Develop and launch recruiting strategies that don’t just fill roles but build a unique, talented team.
  • source amazing candidates from LinkedIn, professional networks, and beyond
  • Keep everything running smoothly by managing candidate info using ATS and other tools
  • Shine the spotlight on our brand at job fairs and hiring events
  • Make first impressions count by ensuring onboarding and orientation are as seamless as they are welcoming
  • Join forces with our Employee Experience team to add some extra magic into the employee experience
  • Keep us at the top of our game by championing quality standards and bringing fresh ideas to the table

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, You Need…

  • A Post-Graduate Degree in HRBut if not, no worries—your skills and experience are what count
  • 2-3 years of experience in the recruitment world in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • High-level English language skills (bonus points if you also know German!)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and office tools
  • A quick learner with the adaptability to pick up new software
  • Experience in project management, and a strong sense of urgency to keep things on track
  • A people person with interpersonal, communication, and customer relations skills
  • A natural problem solver who thrives on analyzing challenges and finding solutions
