Job Description:

The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of technology projects by effectively managing the intersection of technical teams and external business stakeholders. This role focuses on overseeing project lifecycles, maintaining strong relationships with external partners and ensuring that software solutions meet both technical and business goals. Also, the right incumbent excels at leading cross-functional teams, managing complex technical projects and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

External Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment of project goals.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans for development teams.

Project Management:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation review.

Technical Oversight:

• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Provide guidance on technical solutions, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Oversee the Java Development team in order to perform quality assurance test to receivables.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve delivery timelines and collaboration.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing technology projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile project management and technical roadmapping.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and manage competing priorities effectively.
