Job Description:

A senior leadership role driving large-scale technology initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Reporting to the CTO, this role oversees technical teams, manages stakeholders, ensures timely delivery of innovative solutions, optimizes processes and budgets, and enhances organizational workflows to ensure excellence across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight:

• Define and manage the technology roadmap for large-scale projects in collaboration with the CTO and senior leadership.
• Lead cloud modernization initiatives, adopting microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless computing.

Leadership & Team Supervision:

• Oversee and guide the Software Technical Manager and Senior Technical Project Manager, fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, QA, and solutions architects.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices in delivery and technical excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the senior liaison with external stakeholders, translating objectives into actionable technical plans and ensuring clear communication.

Project Execution:

• Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale projects by managing priorities, risks, and deadlines.
• Ensure teams adhere to Agile methodologies and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Process Optimization & Innovation:

• Enhance workflows, tools, and technologies, integrating AI/ML platforms, data lakes, and analytics tools to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards while optimizing costs and resources.

Financial Oversight:

• Manage cloud budgets and expenses, balancing performance and cost optimization.
• Develop hybrid/multi-cloud strategies supporting business continuity and disaster recovery.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish benchmarks for coding, workflows, and system performance.
• Apply lessons from project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in leading complex technology projects and teams.
• Proficiency in software architecture, development frameworks (Java), DevOps, and cloud-native technologies.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, develop detailed roadmaps, and optimize workflows across teams.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical and proactive in managing risks and making data-driven decisions.
