Let’s start with the role



The Commercial Executive will play a key role in developing and expanding the market share for the countries falling under his/her purview.



As a Commercial Executive, you will:

  • Contribute to developing the Marketing Budget in the countries of responsibility, control and follow up the efficient allocation and use of budget, flag discrepancies and suggest corrective actions;
  • Support the creation of the annual commercial budget, track the P&L of your markets, flag potential issues to Country Managers and Commercial Heads, and provide insights for efficient adjustments.;
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to review and assess commercial agreements that are of critical commercial importance (suggest revenue share percentages, termination clauses etc and anything related to maximizing ROI and limiting the company's liability and/or exposure);
  • Provide updated information, analysis and reports to the management and relevant business units in order to drive and facilitate well-informed commercial and product decisions;
  • Build a solid understanding of the regulatory framework for the market and manage relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the checkpoint from HQ's side;
  • Align with various departments to define and execute the market strategy for each country, working with BI, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Finance, Customer Service, and other HQ/local teams to fulfill business needs and projects.;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental communications involving the local team, HQ, and external stakeholders for your assigned markets, escalating issues to Commercial Heads when necessary;
  • Lead or support projects and initiatives aimed at delivering market strategies and enhancing customer experience;
  • Evaluate and improve internal cross-departmental processes to ensure efficiency, and establish new processes where needed;
  • Oversee the smooth execution of Commercial Operations, including day-to-day tasks, weekly and monthly reports, and templates.



What you will bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in consumer-focused online high transactional industry, ideally from the gambling industry;
  • Proven success in driving a P&L and a team;
  • Customer-focused, hands-on and excellent executor, with strong business sense, sales-driven mindset;
  • A good understanding of online conversion, retention and reactivation techniques;
  • A thorough understanding of the aesthetics and parameters of driving customer loyalty and value in a transactional web and mobile environment;
  • Good understanding of marketing in a transactional web and mobile environment is an advantage, but not a demand;
  • Good knowledge of key performance and customer metrics;
  • International experience and working knowledge are an advantage, but not a demand;
  • Experience in process-driven operations is beneficial but not mandatory.;
  • Excellent English, both in speaking and writing;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to collaborate positively and effectively across teams to drive performance and deliver results.
