Responsibilities:
- Supports the implementation of communication plans related to the services, policies and practices of the Group Division of Human Resources & Organization, to enhance satisfaction and promote meaningful connections between employees
- Supports the implementation of communication strategies and leverages knowledge to enhance engagement, by contributing to the creation of a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Participates in the data collection and analysis to assess the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College in Marketing or Business Administration or in other related field
- Master's degree in Science will be considered an additional qualification
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in actions aimed at enhancing work engagement and in internal communication campaigns
- Experience in large companies will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of SPSS will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
- Good knowledge of the English language
