Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with all HR functions to design, implement and manage employee engagement programs and initiatives that address the diverse needs and preferences of employees, with a focus on overseeing diversity and inclusion actions
- Contributes to overseeing, planning and implementing actions, which promote diversity and foster an inclusive environment and promote meaningful connections among employees
- Supports the implementation of communication strategies and leverages the knowledge to enhance engagement by creating a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Leverages data to measure the success and the impact of employee initiatives and utilizes feedback mechanisms to evaluate actions and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborates cross functionally with other teams to promote an inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- University or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or in other related field
- Master’s degree in Science will be considered an additional qualification
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in managing D&I activities on large-scale projects and in the methodology of planning and extraction of organizational culture findings, with the aim of increasing employee engagement
- Experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry or in consulting companies distinguished for their dynamic environment will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
