Junior Employer Branding Specialist - Talent Attraction (Attica)

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the design and activation of the Group's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Designs, implements and leverages market research with the goal of insights for the attraction of different target audiences and specialties
  • Utilizes existing and finds new job search platforms (job boards such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.) and monitors analytics
  • Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team for the smooth implementation of the Recruitment plan in relation to the different job ads and needs, presents reports and optimizes the strategic attraction
  • Participates in events of educational institutions (Career Days) and in market surveys with the aim of attracting new candidates


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a University in Business or Economic studies or Human Resource Management (HRM) or Marketing
  • At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in management of job boards, job advertising, candidate attraction campaigns, participation in Career Days
  • Knowledge and use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Looker Studio
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
