The Opportunity

We are looking for inspired Consultants, to join SingularLogic highly skilled ServiceNow consulting practice, supporting implementation projects and presales activities for our customers, for large-scale Public & Private Sector solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules across various functional areas, including but not limited to IT Service Management (ITSM)


• Documenting process requirements to fulfill business needs


• Defining governance structure, roles and responsibilities and required reports/dashboards

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field (a Master’s degree will be considered a plus)


• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the field of IT Service Management, as a member of ITSM project implementation team (implementation, support etc.) or as a member of an IT team implementing ITSM internally


• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).


• Willingness to travel for client meetings and projects as required

Pluses:

• Prior working experience in ServiceNow platform


• ITIL certification


• ServiceNow certifications (es. CSA, CAD, ITSM, etc.)


• Knowledge of relational databases, (e.g. Oracle, SQL)


• Experience in JavaScript, HTML,CSS


• Communication Protocols (e.g. HTTP, JSON, API, WS, SOAP, REST,XML)

Soft Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills- a customer-centric mindset


• Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills in both Greek and English; other languages will be considered a plus


• Ability to work under tight deadlines
