Our engineering team provides to our customers with the tools to create, test and monitor personalized experiences for their users. We manage a variety of services, ranging from batching and segmentation to decisions and analytics.

We aim to accelerate our personalization capabilities across our Digital Experience Platform by integrating our cutting-edge personalization technology with other products of the Sitecore cloud suite.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Software QA Engineer with a passion for creating great tests, optimizing test coverage, and contributing to high-quality release candidate builds and production deployments.

In this role, you will be part of an ambitious team where constantly evolving business needs create a production environment that requires robust and scalable implementations of innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Automate smoke and regression test cases using Java and various tools
• Design test strategies and approaches that take end-user functionality, performance, security, database, and technical (API) considerations into play to ensure a fully tested solution is built and tested
• Become a subject matter expert on the product and contribute to improving the user experience
• Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases for the product as well as identify, document and track quality issues and defects
• Partner with engineering and product management to ensure quality delivery of every feature being developed and advocate for automation
  
  
  

What You Need to Succeed:

• 2+ years experience as QA Automation Engineer and hands on experience in OOP languages (Java preferable but are open to considering other languages as well)
• Skilled with GUI automation tools (ideally Selenium, Playwrite, Cucumber or JUnit)
• Demonstrated working experience with web services testing for REST using tools like Postman and frameworks like Rest-Assure
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and QA processes
• Proven track record of conducting QA for a SaaS or related product and a strong understanding of software development methodologies, test-driven development, DevOps culture and QA processes
  
  
  

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Experience working with test processes applied to Cloud environments
• Experience with load and performance testing tools (Locust, Autocannon, etc.)
• Agile and/or SCRUM experience
