Your Impact
To join us in our mission to keep the Open Web Open, we are looking for a talented Publisher Growth Account Manager. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry as a member of our Publisher Key Account Department and provide accurate solutions to our Publishers.
Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires a quick learner and a passionate professional for nurturing and growing existing customer relationships in the demand chain of the digital advertising ecosystem.
The successful candidate will join TDG’s Headquarters in Athens and will work closely with internal teams including Product, Publisher Growth and Development.

Key Responsibilities
A Publisher Growth Account Manager works with Publishers to meet their traffic and revenue growth goals. The Growth Account Manager, through a deep understanding of client needs, will work to build strong trust relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and goal attainment.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, striving to maximize client Growth, retention rates and significantly boost overall customer satisfaction.
- Communicate the value of our products to clients, ensuring they maximize their growth potential.
- Ensure client receives exceptional technical support, responding promptly and effectively to all product-related inquiries.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients, offering expert advice on monetization and traffic generation strategies.
- Maintain an extensive understanding of our product's functionality and its application in helping clients achieve their business objectives.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients alongside the Publisher Growth Manager
- Conduct regular optimization meetings with clients and strategically plan Business Reviews to facilitate successful contract renewals.
We’re looking for someone who has
- Holds a BA/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Has over 2 years of experience in customer support and sales. Digital Publishing experience will be considered a plus.
- Has Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to nurture and maintain long-lasting client relationships while effectively navigating diverse market landscapes.
- Looking to consistently produce high-quality work, with a proactive attitude.
- Inner drive to progress and succeed within his/her role, self-motivated and committed to corporate values and vision.
