About the Role:


We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Talent Acquisition & HR Ops Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, HR operations, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background, exceptional organizational skills, and experience with cross-functional teams.


What you will need to do:


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Contribute to the full recruitment cycle, from creating job descriptions to sourcing talent and engaging candidates, while promoting the company’s employer brand.
  • Actively search for top talent through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and networking, specializing in niche and mid/senior-level roles.
  • Build and maintain a robust, diverse talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates, ensuring alignment with company culture and role requirements.
  • Partner with recruitment agencies for assigned roles, managing communications, interview scheduling, and feedback loops.


HR Operations

  • Oversee and manage the HRMS platform, including maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, identifying and resolving technical issues in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate the holiday leave planning process of the Group to ensure business continuity.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation as required.
  • Manage and regularly update a repository of employee profiles for project and tender submissions, ensuring all data is handled in compliance with GDPR and relevant regulatory requirements.


Project & Event Coordination

  • Organize internal and external events, such as team-building activities, coordinating vendors, and managing communications.


What You Will Bring to the table:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Approx. 5 years of proven work experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruitment, headhunting, and operational tasks.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms (e.g., SoftOne) and familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex schedules, maintain detailed documentation, and manage multiple priorities.
  • A high-energy, passionate approach to assignments, driving engagement and excellence in every aspect of the job.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to build trust with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset to identify and resolve issues within HR systems and processes.
  • High integrity and commitment to safeguarding sensitive HR data and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
