Your main responsibility

• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards for senior leadership, delivering clear and actionable financial and operational insights.
• Design and implement automated, real-time Power BI reports to support strategic decision-making for business stakeholders.
• Integrate predictive analytics into dashboards to provide senior leadership with insights into future business performance.
• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and create tailored Power BI dashboards for specific departmental needs.
• Transform complex data into business-friendly insights, empowering department heads and units to make informed decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating reports and models, while mentoring Finance Data Analysts to enhance their skills in data preparation and report creation.

Your main qualifications/skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field, with relevant certifications like CFA or CPA preferred.
• Over 5 years of financial analysis experience, ideally within the hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), advanced Excel, and financial modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software, complemented by fluency in English and advanced MS Office expertise.
