We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Associate to join our Global Talent, Learning and Development team part of our HR Division in our Athens Offices.

By joining this role, you will support the design, implementation, and evaluation/ reporting of learning and development programs and initiatives within the organization.

Your role will encompass:

• Lead the program management of learning and development campaigns, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and report on the progress of learning initiatives, analyzing HR data to identify trends and patterns that inform decision-making.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop tailored solutions that foster growth and development.
• Support the Talent Learning & Development team in liaising with customers, subject matter experts, and external providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development processes and practices within the organization.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience 2-3 years in coordinating learning and development activities within a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning platforms such as Success Factors, LinekdIn learning.
• Experience in leveraging cloud platforms, advanced analytics, and AI to drive learning initiatives.
• Knowledge of DEI metrics and sustainable development practices is desirable
