We are currently looking for a Project Engineer (EPC Projects Acquisition) to join our team as part of our Sales & Development department of the M Power Projects division.

Your role will encompass:

• Participate in the development of the sales plan, including evaluation of sales/projects opportunities and preparing recommendations about effective bid participation.

• Supports to maintain relationships with Clients and partners.

• Supports on negotiation of main and partnership contracts

• Understand client needs and requirements to effectively present the company’s solutions.

• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

• Educate clients on the benefits of our solutions and customize solutions to meet clients' specific requirements and challenges.

• Monitoring of tenders’ progress and reports to senior management

• Assessment and evaluation of technical issues in proposals along with the technical department

• Close collaboration with business development/proposal teams for alignment purposes and liaises with engineering teams in view of fulfilling tender requirements in order to fulfill tender requirements for timely submission of proposals/offers

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

• Experience with tenders/proposals preferable in energy related projects

• 2+ years on managing commercial and contractual terms of technical projects

• 2+ years of experience in positions, related with management of big scale projects

• Desire to learn new things and acquire new skills.

• Fluency in English is essential, German shall be considered as an asset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Availability for short term travel.
