Process Engineer

Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an experienced Process Engineer to join our Production Department. The role is responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability. The position is based in Kilkis, Greece.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role:

• Monitor production processes and resolve any issues that occur
• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
• Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes
• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Perform process simulations
• Manage cost and time constraints
• Perform risk assessments
• Provide process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Enforce health and safety precautions

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• +3 years of working experience as Process Engineer in industrial/ manufacturing environment
• BSc in Engineering or relevant areas - MSc is a plus
• Experience in metal sheet cutting or forming production is preferred
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Fluency in English
• Κnowledge of ERP (preferably SAP) is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
