Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and experienced candidate.

The ideal candidate functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to the company.

The position reports directly to the Front Office Manager of the company.

Responsibilities

The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for Welcoming and greeting guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service

• Welcome guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
• Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions
• Provide information to guests in regards the facilities, events and services
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance (Front Office Receptionist ing standards, clean uniform, body odors)
• Assist with luggage, show guests around the resort and escort them to their rooms

• Degree from a Higher School of Tourism / Hotel School of the country or abroad
• Professional experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in 4 * or 5 * Hotels
• Pleasant, friendly and communicative presence
• Oriented in customer service and satisfaction
• Flexibility, team spirit, willingness, professional behavior
• Professionalism, Integrity and Responsibility
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good command of a third language (Russian or German) would be a plus
• Enthusiastic, friendly & communicative personality eager to be part of a growing team
• Attention to detail and work in a fast paced, diverse work environment
• Candidate should hold valid work authorization for the EU
