Key responsibilities:

•Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel.

•Respond to requests, and answer the phone, with customer-oriented approach.

•Escort the guests to their rooms.

•Inform the guests about the facilities and services of the hotel.

•Meet and exceed guests' expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting dining options, boats e.t.c.

•Handle and resolve guest relation problems quickly, politely and to the full satisfaction of the guest.

•Present options and alternatives to guests and helps in making choices, and be fully aware of the Resort facilities, services, and local area.

•Be fully aware of all Leading (LQAs) , FHR (Amex) Standards, benefits and Memberships.

•Always provide a friendly, efficient and personalize service.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

•Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

•2 years minimum experience within a hotel environment or similar role.

•Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus.

•Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel.

•Organizational, communicational and leadership skills, teamwork.

•Pleasant personality.
