Koia All Suite Well Being Resort is looking to recruit for season 2025 a passionate, well-educated, and experienced Spa Manager.

Koia is a 51-room exclusive hotel, it is consisted by separate rooms such as small villas, all are sea view, 38 of them have private swimming pools.

Deeply rooted into KOIA’s Hippocratic philosophy is the creation of an environment that exudes balance and nurtures harmony. Drawing upon inspiration from the ancient wisdom of centuries ago and fusing it with the best sustainable development practices to today, KOIA represents a modern-day wellbeing resort founded on primordial wellness principles of living well.

The ideal candidate is required to adapt the concept, to maximize and exceed guest’s satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service with attention to details, by anticipating guest’s needs and according to hotel's quality standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Provide a variety of spa treatments (massages, facials, body wraps, etc.)
• Develop and manage spa services and treatment menus
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities
• Hire, train, and manage spa staff (therapists, receptionists, support staff)
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff coaching
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns
• Track and manage spa revenue and expenses
• Develop promotional strategies to increase bookings and revenue
• Implement guest feedback systems to improve services
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain proper certifications, licenses, and insurance
