Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a polite and warmwelcome to all guests; promptly attend to tables
• Take food and drink orders;offer menu recommendations upon request; provide detailed information regardingthe menu
• Ensure the efficient operationof the department and assist the F&B Manager or the Restaurant Manager inall F&B duties
• Preserve excellent levels ofcustomer service; respond to all guest requests / complaints
• Maintain at all times a highstandard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Follow all health and safetycompany regulations; report any maintenance problems

Qualifications / Personal characteristics:

• Preferred 2-4 years as a HeadWaiter / Waitress in a fine dining restaurant ideally within a 5* Luxury Hotel
• Excellent knowledge of Englishlanguage; a secondlanguage (German, Russian or French) will be consideredas an asset
• Strong communication andpresentation abilities
• Teamwork oriented, pleasantpersonality with enviable customer service skills
• Degree / Diploma in Hospitalitywould be an asset
• Good experience with cashregister and ordering information system (Micros, POS)
