Zealots of Nature, specializing in personal care & beauty products, member of COCO-MAT group of companies, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the B2B sales team.


Position: Junior Area Manager

Region: Crete


Role: As a Junior Area Manager in the hospitality sector, you will be responsible for expanding the network of hotel partners, fostering long-term and effective relationships. Your objective will be to strengthen the company's presence and achieve its strategic goals in the wider region of Crete. Key aspects of your role include ensuring that partners receive excellent services and support, as well as improving the overall customer experience.


Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and prospect potential hotel partners to establish new B2B relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends within the hotel industry.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Present product offerings and negotiate contracts with prospective hotel partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hotel partners.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to existing hotel partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events.


Main pillars of the position:


o  Prospect and Acquire: Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through market research, referrals, and networking.

 

o  Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate clients by understanding the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor solutions accordingly

 

o  Sales Presentations: Conduct product or service presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific requirements

 

o  Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service



Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar position as a B2B Sales/Account Manager/Customer Service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel
