British Providence is seeking for an Insurance Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacts potential clients and creates rapport by using referrals and other approach techniques
- Appraises customers’ demands, researches and proposes the most suitable protection plans
- Collects all required information from customers to provide offered services and administers related processes to ensure timely provision of services to the customers
- Monitors transactions and customer balances to ensure services are provided as per company’s policy
- Prepares reports to management as requested
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant role
- Fluent in English language (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with systems & tools
- Customer centricity & organizational skills
