HR Specialist – German Speaking (5750/HRS/ESS/GR)
The HR Specialist – German Speaking is responsible for supporting HR administrative processes across the organization with focus on employee relations, payroll support, onboarding and compliance, to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation in line with company policies and legal requirements.

- Manage employment relations (hiring, resignations, contract terminations, changes, onboarding, offboarding) ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
- Maintain employee records, update internal databases
- Monitor employee attendance/leave
- Address inquiries and resolving issues related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Process relevant documentation, filing
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, providing day to day operations support and payroll-related support as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR team, proposing new ideas and solutions to optimize efficiency.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another field
- Advanced level in German and fluency in English.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a corporate administrative rolew, preferably in a multinational or a German-speaking corporate environment.
- Familiarity with HR policies and processes is a competitive advantage
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to resolving issues, with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information accurately and confidentially with focus on detail
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
