Payroll Specialist – Athens

Our Athens office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Payroll Department for the position of Payroll Specialist.

Job description:

• Perform daily payroll department operations


• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely


• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports


• Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary


• Entry of employees’ data (new hires, changes, additional earnings) from the HR system of record to the payroll system


• Provide payroll forms and information updated


• Consultancy of payroll related issues


• Determines value of depreciable assets by running depreciation software program

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in payroll processing


• A University/College degree in Accounting, /HR qualification


• Experience in working with international/multinational companies will be considered as an advantage


• Fluent in both Greek and English


• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)


• Computer literate
