Job Description

We are seeking a Specification Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive product specification and support sales department within targeted markets, identifying opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target key market segments and decision-makers within the construction, architecture, and design industries.
• Be a key local contributor in Implementing marketing plans and actions derived from EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Eastern Europe and Greece Region to drive product specification and sales growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other specifiers to understand their needs and influence product specifications.
• Support sales efforts and promote product benefits by creating compelling digital marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for specifiers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Track and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in specification sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. At least 3 years of experience would be a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and/or in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication, presentation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Driving License and ability to business trips (Greece) - 25% of time
• Proficiency in Greek and English language
