Associate – Criminal & Civil Dispute Resolution

Main responsibilities:

●      Conducting legal research.

●      Consulting with clients, gathering evidence and analyzing information.

●      Offering advice to companies and private clients on matters of civil and criminal responsibility.

●      Conducting all pre-trial activities.

●      Drafting and filing with the Courts various pleadings and motions.

●      Representing clients in Court cases / trials / at all stages of civil or criminal lawsuits.

●      Negotiating settlements.

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

●      Bachelor’s degree in Law. 

●      Master’s degree in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Criminal Law.

●      Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece.

●      Proven track record of 2–5 years in civil law and procedure, with a strong commitment to learning and staying up-to-date on current developments in legal practice.

●      Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written).

●      Analytical and drafting skills, clear and concise writing, attention to detail.

●      Ability to work independently and as a team member.

●      Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
