Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Italian-speaking Sales Consultant with a strong command of English (B2 level) to join our Athens team remotely. In this role, you will drive client engagement, manage sales pipelines, and implement customized sales strategies for our diverse client base.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Italian-speaking Sales Consultant with a strong command of English (B2 level) to join our Athens team remotely. In this role, you will drive client engagement, manage sales pipelines, and implement customized sales strategies for our diverse client base.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1000 EUR per 14 months
- Performance Bonus: Monthly performance bonus up to 10%
- Meal Allowance: 3 EUR per working day (increasing to 6 EUR after 12 months)

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls and emails to establish relationships and arrange meetings
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline progress to ensure targets are met
- Consult with small-to-medium businesses to understand their needs and devise tailored sales strategies
- Implement personalized approaches to expand and nurture client relationships
- Native fluency in Italian and proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capability
- Positive attitude and a drive to excel in a competitive environment
