What you will do:

Risk assessment of customer’s insurability with regards to Financial, insurance and junior medical UW risks.

Your day-to-day:

• Assess customer’s insurability on New Business, for insurance, financial and junior medical underwriting
• Administration and preservation of sensitive personal data
• User Acceptance Testing
• Provide Helpdesk support for inbound calls administered as New Business inquiries and execute outbound calls where required
• Provide Helpdesk operative support for Point-of-Sales agent facing tools
• Liaise with Underwriting department, MLRO, Sales and Team Leaders for special cases
• Data entering and data quality
• Backoffice support: Limited Scanning and archiving

Qualifications:

• University degree. A Master’s degree is desirable
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Very good command of Office365
• Highly appreciated skill in Power Automation tools and Business analysis
• Previous working experience in relevant position will be considered an asset
