As a waiter/waitress you will…

• Ensure the smooth operation ofthe shift through customer focused service delivery
• Conduct on the job training inaccordance with the departmental standards and procedures
• Demonstrate service attributesin accordance with company standards
• Demonstrate understanding andawareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
• Immediateand effective response to guest ‘s requests and complaints

Entry Requirements:

• Experiencein the Food and Beverage industry - Service experience at a 4 or 5* hotelpreferred
• Excellentcommand of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
• Be familiar with Food andBeverage industry’s technology
• Be a team player and a great communicatorwith guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments
• Upselling, while you ensure guestsneeds
• Beinformed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
