As a Hotel Manager you will…

• Plan,implement and manage the overall daily operations
• Conducthotels’ budgeting and financial planning
• Plan andorganize activities to drive sales
• Manageand monitor expenses
• Manageand track inventory
• Plan andimplement marketing campaigns with marketing teams
• Build andmaintain strong relationships with visitors and clients
• Buildrelationships with vendors
• Suggestand implement new ideas
• DetermineKPIs
• TrackKPIs and produce reports
• Onboardnew personnel
• Evaluatestaff performance
• Ensuresafety and adherence to rules and regulations

Entry Requirements:

• Education: College degree inBusiness Administration or Hotel Management will be appreciated
• Experience: 4+ Years luxuryhotel experience in an operational supervisory role
• Excellent command of the Greek& English language, both spoken and written
• A second foreign language willbe considered as a plus
• Strong managerial andsupervisory skills
• Ability to manage a large anddiverse group of individuals
• Excellent organizationalskills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
