Job Role : As a Guest Relations Agentat Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort you arethe first point of contact for our guests, dedicated to ensuring their comfortand satisfaction. Your role is to create memorable guest experiences byoffering personalized assistance and addressing guest inquiries and concernspromptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome and Assistance:Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with the check-in process.Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and localattractions.
- Guest Engagement:Establish a positive and lasting relationship with guests, actively listeningto their needs and preferences, and delivering personalized services andrecommendations to enhance their stay.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly, finding suitablesolutions and escalating issues, when necessary, all while adhering to hotelpolicies.
- Special Requests:Ensure that special guest requests, such as room preferences, amenities, andservices, are met to create exceptional experiences.
- Concierge Services: Offerguidance and information about local dining, entertainment, and transportationoptions. Make reservations and bookings for guests as required.
- Loyalty Programs:Enroll guests in loyalty programs, explaining the benefits and activelypromoting the hotel's services and amenities.
- Communication: Maintain effective communicationwith other hotel departments, including the front office, housekeeping,maintenance, and dining, to coordinate guest requests and enhance guestexperiences.
- Safety and Security: Uphold the hotel's safety and security protocols, ensuring the well-being ofguests and staff.
- Feedback Collection:Solicit and collect guest feedback through surveys and direct interactions,conveying comments and concerns to the Guest Relations Manager for analysis andimprovement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI)
- 1 yearminimum experience on similar position , leadership in hospitality stronglyrequired
- Excellentknowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be consideredaccordingly
- Exceptionalcommunication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills
- Abilityto prioritize tasks, work under pressure with provided resources, manage workloadusing own initiative and sufficiently cover a multi task position
- Highknowledge of Protel/CRS/PMS revenue management and MS office are considered amust
- Availabilityto work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
