Assistant Sommelier

As a member of our Sommeliers team you will…

• Demonstrate understanding andawareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health &Safety
• Contributeto upholding our high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Deal with guests& answering any questions regarding wine list
• Assistwith the wine list development
• Maintainthe wine list to be up to date & free of errors

Entry Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Wine knowledge (accreditation / certificate)
• Excellentcommand of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
• Be a team player and a greatcommunicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers inall departments)
• Organizational and hostingskills
